1. No Refunds, No Returns

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
  • We do not accept returns on any products, including but not limited to cases of dissatisfaction, preference, or ordering errors.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to shipping delays, melted products, or incorrect address submissions by the customer.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that issues may occasionally arise:
